A little taste of the ZOOLANDO menu '

                                                                   


        Gnocchi ai 4 formaggi Vicentini                        
One of the recipes that you will find in our ZOOLANDO buffet on Friday  November 16:

Here you will find the recipe for 2 or 4 people .. it depends on what you are gluttons :-)

Ingredients for the gnocchi:

     300 g. white flour;
     1 kg. mountain potato (Rotzo, Posina or Asiago plateau)
     an egg;
     salt q.b.

Ingredients for the sauce with four cheeses Vicentini:

     200 ml. whole milk;
     50 ml. fresh cream;
     80 g. Grana Padano;
     80 g. Stravecchio alp cheese;
     80 g. Asiago cheese;
     80 g. Morlacco cheese;
     salt q.b.
     white pepper q.b.
